A look at your property, roof, and accessible attic—with photos and recommendations to help you decide what comes next.
We begin with a sweep of the property and your concerns, looking at the wider picture before moving up to the roof.
We inspect the roof directly when safe access allows, looking at its condition and the areas that may need attention.
We include the attic when accessible, bringing those observations together with what we find on the roof and around the property.
After your inspection, you’ll receive a photo report detailing our findings and recommendations. When replacement is recommended, we can also include a ballpark estimate to help you plan.
When it’s time for the work
We explain what’s included before work begins and discuss changes with you before proceeding.
Landscaping tarps, boards where needed, double-layer pool tarping, and a thorough cleanup are part of the work.

04 / Texas roots. Neighborly care.
I started Forest Ridge because I believed homeowners deserved a fairer roofing experience—one where your questions are taken seriously and you understand the work before you decide.
I’m your main point of contact, and I stay involved from inspection through completion. Wherever you call home, I want you to feel treated like a neighbor.

A few things worth knowing before your next roofing project.
A missing shingle does not automatically mean you need a new roof. The extent of the damage, overall condition, and previous repairs all matter. A complimentary inspection is a good place to begin that conversation.
Yes. Our complimentary inspection starts with a sweep of the property and includes the roof and attic when safely accessible. We bring those observations together to help explain your roof’s condition. We also offer complimentary yearly check-ins. Contact us with your location to arrange a visit.
From a safe place on the ground, note any visible changes, loose materials, or signs of a leak indoors. Do not climb onto the roof to investigate. Contact us to discuss a roof inspection, and contact your insurer for questions about your policy or reporting a loss.
Yes. We can document observed roofing conditions, provide a construction estimate, and discuss the proposed repairs and costs with the adjuster. We do not act as your public adjuster, negotiate the insurance settlement, or guarantee coverage. Learn about our roofing support.
Pricing depends on the roof’s size, condition, access, materials, and the work involved. An estimate should make the scope and any exclusions clear. Call us to discuss your property rather than relying on a generic price.
Forest Ridge provides a five-year labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties also apply to the products used, according to their written terms. We explain the applicable written terms before work begins. Warranty & follow-up.
The schedule depends on the roof, materials, weather, and the agreed scope. We discuss the expected timing with you when planning the work.
We serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Other Texas projects are welcome by location and availability. Explore our service area, or contact us with your city or ZIP code.
We recommend a yearly check-in, and an inspection when you notice a concern or after weather that may have affected your roof. Small problems can be hard to see from the ground.
