Manufacturer warranties
Your manufacturer’s warranty is separate from our labor warranty. It applies to the installed products according to the manufacturer’s written terms. Ask us for the documents that apply to your roof.

Tell us what you noticed, when it started, and your city. If we worked on the roof, mention that in your request. We respond within 24 hours to discuss the concern and the next step.
We’ll discuss your concern and arrange any needed visit with you. Coverage follows the written warranty terms for your project. If water is entering your home, call and mention the active leak first.
