How we help
You don’t need to climb onto the roof, identify damage, or prepare a checklist before calling.
We assess the property for roofing-related concerns and inspect the roof and accessible attic when conditions allow. We document what we observe and explain the proposed construction work.
For insurance-related projects, we can provide a roofing estimate and discuss our observed conditions, proposed repairs, and construction costs with the adjuster. Our role is to support the roofing work with factual information.
We explain and support our construction estimate with the observed roofing conditions and proposed work. Policy interpretation, coverage decisions, and settlement negotiations are separate from our role as your roofing contractor.
We do not act as your public adjuster or negotiate your insurance settlement, and an inspection does not guarantee coverage. Texas Department of Insurance guidance.
A little more detail
No. We start with observed conditions and explain the findings. A storm in the area does not, by itself, establish the condition of your roof or whether your insurance policy covers a loss.
We can document observed roofing conditions, explain the proposed construction work, and provide a roofing estimate. Questions about your policy and coverage belong with your insurer. Our role is the roofing work—not acting as your public adjuster or negotiating a settlement.
Share your city, what changed, and when you noticed it. Mention active water entry first. You do not need to climb onto the roof or gather a claim packet before contacting us. See our storm-documentation tips.
